These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 35bdcom ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your use of the 35bdcom website available at 35bdcom.app and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing titles, and the payment cashier.

Any account found to have been opened by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. 35bdcom reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Language: All dispute correspondence and formal determinations will be conducted in English. 35bdcom does not accept legal correspondence in languages other than English for matters relating to these Terms.
